1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AgentCodeFactory ("Platform," "Service," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

AgentCodeFactory is an AI-powered code generation platform providing:

  • Multi-agent AI code generation pipeline
  • Support for multiple LLM providers (Claude, OpenAI, Mistral, etc.)
  • Code generation with tests, types, and documentation
  • GitHub integration and automation
  • RAG-enhanced context awareness
  • Policy enforcement for code standards

IMPORTANT: AgentCodeFactory provides code generation tools, NOT guaranteed bug-free code. All generated code should be reviewed and tested before production use. You are responsible for validating the quality and security of generated code.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Account Registration

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Not share your account or API keys with others

3.2 Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the platform to generate malicious code or malware
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the platform
  • Share, resell, or redistribute platform services
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent tier limits
  • Use the service to violate any laws or third-party rights
  • Generate code that infringes on intellectual property rights

4. Generated Code Disclaimer

Critical Warnings:

  • No Warranty: Generated code is provided "as is" without warranties
  • Review Required: Always review and test code before production use
  • Security: Validate security implications of generated code
  • Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for code you deploy
  • No Liability: We are not liable for bugs, security issues, or damages

5. Subscription and Billing

5.1 Subscription Tiers

We offer multiple subscription tiers (Free with credits, Pro with BYOK) with different features. Current pricing is displayed on our website.

5.2 Credits and Usage

  • Free tier users purchase prepaid credits for API usage
  • Credits are non-refundable once purchased
  • All prices include applicable taxes
  • Pro tier users provide their own API keys

5.3 Cancellation and Refunds

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Unused credits are non-refundable
  • Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis at our discretion

6. Data Retention

To balance service quality with storage efficiency, we apply the following retention policy to generated code:

  • 0-24 hours: Full access to generated files for immediate download and review
  • 24 hours - 7 days: Files are compressed and stored for dispute resolution or recovery requests
  • After 7 days: Generated file content is permanently deleted; only metadata (prompt summary, timestamps, usage) is retained for billing records

Important: Download your generated code promptly. We recommend saving all output locally or pushing to your repository immediately after generation.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Rights

All platform content, features, and functionality (including software, UI, logos, and agent pipelines) are owned by AgentCodeFactory and protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 Your Generated Code

You retain ownership of code generated for you through the platform. You are free to use, modify, and distribute generated code as you see fit.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • AgentCodeFactory is NOT liable for any damages from generated code
  • We are NOT liable for bugs, security vulnerabilities, or service interruptions
  • We are NOT liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Nimes, France.
